Every year around International Women’s Day, we like to celebrate working in an ecosystem that includes so many talented, inspiring, and influential women. I’m forever grateful to be surrounded on a daily basis, both in-person and virtually, by women who are leading the way when it comes to gender equality and making ‘raising up others’ part of their mission.
There are so many that are deserving of a shout-out in the Salesforce ecosystem – this list could easily run into the hundreds and beyond. I’m going to give you my top ten women who I think you should follow, but I would encourage you to comment and share everyone who has made a difference to you as well. Let’s show them some appreciation!

1. Avanthika Ramesh
Senior Director of Product, Agentforce at Salesforce
Avanthika is the Senior Director of Product, Agentforce at Salesforce. You’ve probably seen her up on the stage as a keynote speaker at events such as Dreamforce! Be sure to follow her to stay up to date on all things Agentforce.

2. Emma Keeling
Founder, Consultant, and Salesforce Expert at Hazledene Solutions
Salesforce MVP Emma Keeling is an expert when it comes to supporting nonprofits. She is passionate about Salesforce and how it can be adopted in nonprofit and small and medium enterprises to help them make a great impact in their sector.
Emma is a Nonprofit Community Group Leader and a member of Salesforce.org’s Open Source Commons program.

3. Frederique Mounier
Salesforce Solution Architect at The Adecco Group
Frederique is a 15x certified Salesforce Solution Architect at The Adecco Group and became a Salesforce MVP in 2024. She’s also an All-Star Ranger with over 600 Trailhead badges.
She leads the Lyon Salesforce Women in Tech community group, co-organizes Lyon Salesforce Saturdays, and you can often catch her speaking at Salesforce events around the world.

4. Pei Mun Lim
Founder, Consulting Coach, and Trainer at Zenhao
Looking for someone who knows what’s what when it comes to project management and business analysis? Look no further. Pei is known for her expert knowledge – she’s even written a book!
She runs zenhaotraining.co.uk, a leadership academy for consulting and project delivery excellence, and is a frequent speaker at Salesforce events.

5. Alejandra Sivori
Founder, Content Creator, and Trainer at Cloudha
Alejandra is the Founder of Cloudha, dedicated to making Generative AI accessible through online courses. With 15+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect (14x certified), Alejandra has led complex implementations for global clients across industries like financial services, telecom, and high-tech.

6. Melissa Shepard
Salesforce CTA and Founder at ScaleUp Archs
Melissa is a 38x certified Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and was made a Salesforce MVP in 2024!
She is pivotal in the architect community, founding Architect Ohana Slack and ScaleUp Archs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underrepresented groups become Salesforce Architects.

7. Louise Lockie
Independent Consultant at Tangara Consulting
Louise is an independent Salesforce Architect, Consultant, and Certified Instructor with 12+ years of experience on the platform. A Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame member and 25x certified Application Architect, she is passionate about community and knowledge-sharing.
Louise leads the London Women in Tech community group, co-organizes London’s Calling, and frequently speaks at Salesforce events worldwide.

8. Andreea Doroftei
Salesforce Technical Writer at Salesforce Ben
Andreea is a Salesforce Technical Writer at Salesforce Ben; she is one of our most prolific writers with some of our most popular articles!

9. Stacy O’Leary
Salesforce Consultant

Summary
How do people decide who to follow? That’s something I often wonder about when I see curated lists. Are they random? Are these people truly relevant and worth following?
When putting together my list of ten women to follow in the Salesforce ecosystem, I based it on my own experiences and sources of inspiration. But I know there are so many more incredible women out there who deserve recognition – so I’d love for you to comment and share your favorites!
The women on my list have personally impacted me and consistently share valuable content that I think you’ll enjoy. I’ve been lucky enough to meet all of them, whether in person or virtually.
