Position overview:
You’ll be the gatekeeper for quality as we roll out new Salesforce features for our clients. You’ll work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, design test plans, and make sure every custom object, flow, and integration behaves exactly as expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review user stories and acceptance criteria
- Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Validate data migrations, integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, REST APIs), and third-party apps
- Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling
Qualifications:
- 2 + years’ experience testing Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Xray) and defect trackers (JIRA)
- Basic Apex or Lightning Web Component knowledge a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
