Position overview:
You’ll lead the charge on shifting our QA suite to a fully automated framework. Working alongside architects and developers, you’ll define the automation strategy, build reusable test libraries, and ensure every release meets our “zero-defect” target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement an end-to-end Salesforce test automation framework (Selenium, Provar, or similar)
- Write, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts for UI, API, and data-level scenarios
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Mentor junior QA engineers and run periodic code reviews
- Analyse test results, report trends, and propose risk-mitigation strategies
- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and automation best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ QA experience, with at least 3 focused on Salesforce test automation
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or another scripting language
- Experience with Provar, Selenium WebDriver, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
