Salesforce Architect Salary Guide 2025: Key Trends and Analysis
Although the majority of the Salesforce ecosystem is facing a drop in demand, Salesforce Architects have an advantage due to their specialist knowledge and employability. However, results from our recent salary survey have revealed that architects are still finding it challenging to navigate the market.
It’s not all bad news, though: while many architects reported stagnant salaries and fewer opportunities, Solution Architects saw a 23% growth in North America.
In terms of salary, Technical Architects with three to five years of experience in North America earn about $160,000 annually, while Solution Architects make around $125,142. Salaries vary based on factors like experience, certifications, specialization, and location.
6 Spring Cleaning Tips for Admins to Improve Salesforce Hygiene
Spring is finally here, and that means it’s spring cleaning time!
For Salesforce Admins, there is no better time than the present to give the org a bit of TLC, and this isn’t just to make it look good – it’s to make it run smoother, faster, and keep users happy.
Here are some of the tips recommended to help you get the most out of your cleaning period:
- Dust off old reports and dashboards. Take some time to identify old reports, delete anything that isn’t relevant, and optimize slow-running reports.
- Declutter your data. Over time, your org might collect duplicate or incomplete records – now is the time to identify them and clean them up!
- Mop up page layouts. Too many layouts can confuse users and make maintenance tricky – keep this in mind as you clean.
- Organize roles and permissions. Are your users assigned to roles and profiles that still make sense?
- Sweep away unused fields and objects. It’s what it says on the tin!
- Tidy up your app launcher. If users are overwhelmed by too many apps in the App Launcher, it’s time to organize.
Salesforce Ecosystem Offshoring Updates for 2025
Did you think offshoring was just a passing trend in the Salesforce ecosystem? Well, think again…
Due to a turbulent job market, changing socioeconomic factors, and political unrest, offshoring is no longer a trend but a growing business model. It has both its positives and negatives – it creates many jobs and opportunities for employees in offshore regions and saves organizations money on skilled labor, but it also makes finding jobs that much harder for professionals in the Western, non-offshore regions.
Ultimately, though, the ecosystem is doubling down on this effort. With recent expansions into Saudi Arabia and Singapore, offshoring will be more accessible than ever, and other factors, such as profit watching and the need for efficient and cost-effective AI talent, will only continue to fuel the fire further.
Quick Guide to Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for Campaigns
Reports and dashboards are one of the first things that new Salesforce Admins (and users) learn to build – and the good news is that they’re a relatively safe thing to practice with. However, there is often one area of reports and dashboards that professionals struggle with, and that’s campaigns and campaign member reports.
Tracking campaign performance in Salesforce relies on understanding the relationship between Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, and Campaign Members. Choosing the right report type – such as Campaigns with Campaign Members – is essential for capturing accurate data.
It can be confusing at first, but by practicing and asking detailed questions about what the user needs to see, any Salesforce professional will be able to give thorough and usable results to their users.
