I used Salesforce as a ticket master in a previous job. It's not that hard to learn. I wanted to take the whole course a couple of years ago, but nobody at Salesforce.com would respond to me.
I'm looking at finding 100% FREE resources to learn Salesforce now, but I'm not finding any. All the sites that claim they are "free" are absolutely NOT!!
I'm beginning to think this is just another scam of some kind.
Finding lots of liars claiming "free", but they are not.
Finding that these sites/places/people aren't what they claim.
Finding that these sites/places/people cannot be botherd with responding to inquiries.
These things reek of scams.

We've listed plenty of free, reputable resources on this blog post. Your first port of call for free Salesforce training should always be Trailhead - this is 100% free. Many training providers have both free and paid options.
